These are such fun sessions and always a favorite! I offer a Basic and Ultimate package. Basic requires the client to provide specific decorations and cake. Ultimate is just as it sounds, I do it all! You tell me a theme and I run with it.

Newborn Sessions
When booking with Brandi Perales Photography, you can expect a one of a kind session that captures you and your family at your best. Either at my home, your home or on location, we will work together to capture the best possible portraits for you to treasure for years to come.
Yes, I do require a $25.00-$50.00 deposit for all sessions (excluding newborns which I require 50% down). Deposits can be paid by cash, check or credit card. This deposit allows you to reschedule up to two times. The deposit amount does apply towards your full session fee but is nonrefundable should you choose to cancel for any reason. If there is an emergency or sickness, please stay in communication with me and we can reschedule.
Yes! Absolutely. I offer sales 3-4 times per year, my largest being my Cyber Monday Sale after Thanksgiving week.
Please be aware when purchasing a session during a sale, the entire session fee is due at that time. Sales are FINAL, there are no refunds or transfers. Sessions purchased during sales are valid for one year from the purchase date.
The remainder of the session fee is due upon arrival. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS of your deposit or your session fee.
If we get rained out we will always reschedule for the next best date that works for both of us.
You are guaranteed a minimum of 15 retouched digital images in color and black and white (my choice). I do not include any raw images and often take multiple photos that seem similar to find the perfect shot which best represents your family and my work as a photographer. Sometimes certain poses or the quality of the shot are not as flattering to either one of us and do not work out as planned. I do my best to ensure that you are completely happy with your session and I am willing to do as much as possible so that your experience is nothing short of fantastic. This means that we will spend time in various poses and groupings and might even go over the designated time to make sure that we capture the moment. It may also mean that if we get the ideal shoot and capture the images in less time, then we may call it a wrap! But I am there to ensure you get the best possible images from the photo session.
Within 3 weeks of our photo session via an online gallery which makes the photos available for 14 days so that you may order prints and/or download your images to your computer (if you purchased the full release). This gallery link will be emailed/or messaged to you on Facebook.
All sessions include an online gallery with your retouched images, and the ability to purchase any prints and products you wish. Orders are delivered to your home. If you want the option to download your high resolution images and/or print elsewhere, you will have to purchase the full release for an extra fee.
Absolutely, I love giving variety. However, there will be a $20.00 relocation fee. And the location must be within 10 miles of the first location.
You are making an investment into your family, remember a photo lasts forever and to dress your best. If you know your little girl doesn’t like to wear a dress, help her find an outfit that will best express her, but that will also look great with the family. Comfy people are happy people.
Don’t be afraid of color whether it is bright, bold colors, neutral tones, and prints like polka dots or stripes. Try and steer clear of all black or all white schemes and anything with graphics or characters. Colors that complement each other are excellent for a photo session. And keep in mind your surroundings and your poses. Feel free to search the internet or Pinterest for inspiration. I know I do!
I provide minimal props for your session (headbands, baskets for newborns, hats, bow ties, baskets, children’s chairs, boxes, etc). I love a more stylized session, and if this is more your style, let’s talk! You are also welcome to bring specific props that you want included in your photos! It’s a great way to personalize your photos and make them uniquely yours. If you choose to provide some of your own props that best represent you, please fill me in so we are on the same page of your vision.
Anything within a 15 mile radius of Mineral Wells, TX is included. Outside of that will be an additional fee we can discuss in person.
It is my hope that your photo session with me is an enjoyable experience for everyone involved! There are, however, a few things that you can do to help your family. Please avoid scheduling your session during your child/children’s nap times. It is often difficult to get those smiling faces during a time they are typically sleeping! Another helpful tip is to feed your kids before coming to a session. Bringing snacks (that are not going to get them dirty) is also helpful for little ones that need an extra boost. If your child ends up being uncooperative or cranky that day, I will do my absolute best to improve their mood or to capture them as best as possible, however, I WILL NOT REIMBURSE OR REFUND the session fee because of a bad mood day, which is why the preparation before hand is very important.
Newborn photo sessions take a lot longer, as we mainly are on the baby’s time. It is best to have fully fed your baby before my arrival, I like the term “milk drunk.” Your baby will not have an established schedule at this time, and they sleep on average about 16 hours within the first 10 days, that is why I prefer the newborn session to be within the first 10 days. I do like to be the person during this time to cuddle with your precious newborn, it helps them get used to my scent and then they are easy to pose and to comfort. If mama is standing right next to me the baby may smell her milk, and may be “distracted”. I also encourage moms and dads to be photo ready even if you do not plan to be in photos because sometimes babies just need mama. Although I do encourage you to get in at least a few frames (which I promise you will not regret).
